SNOWE guests visited – The Yugoslav Film Archives (the name since 1952) is the national film archives of the Republic of Serbia, founded in 1949 as the central Yugoslav Film Archive. During operation, has repeatedly changed its status, and today, according to the Law on Protection of Cultural Property, an institution of great importance for Serbia. It consists of four organizational units: Archives of the Yugoslav Film Archive, the Museum of Yugoslav Film Archive – movie theaters, libraries and General Services. 
Yugoslav Film Archive is one of the founders and a permanent member of FIAF (International Federation of Film Archives), whose membership actively participates in 1951. year. Heart of the institution makes Yugoslav Film Archive, which performs the basic work of the institution: collect, permanently preserve and professionally processed films and film material and backing film material: photos, posters, promotional materials, documentation, models, old objects in the field of cinema, makes them available to researchers, students, citizens, cooperate with related institutions at home and abroad, performing the exchange of films and film material. One of the current primary activity of the Archives is a huge number of computer processing of data stored in its professional and technical cards. 
Film Library is open to all researchers and academics dealing with the history and theory of film. Through lectures, debates, exhibitions and promotion of books, to actively participate in education and the dissemination of film culture in our country.

Meeting with professor Anna Wahl at SI

Anna Wahl holds a Chair, Professor Gender, Organization and Management, at the Department of Industrial Economics and Management, KTH. Her research areas are Organization and management theory, with focus on gender. She was a pioneer in the field of gender research on management in Sweden with the thesis Gender structures in organizations (Könsstrukturer I organisationer) 1992, Stockholm School of Economics. She initiated the research group Fosfor, (2000- present), that has been leading in the development of gender theory in the area organization and management in the Nordic context. The group has published several books and articles and collaborate with other researchers and similar research groups in Europe since. Her main research areas of interest are power relations in organizations related to processes of change and resistance, constructions of masculinities, women’s survival strategies and gendered organizational cultures. The groundbreaking textbook by Fosfor Det ordnar sig (It will be in order, translated to several languages) was published 2001, and in a revised version 2011, is used at a number of universities in Sweden and in many management development programs.
